unicycle downhill worldchampion
The MUni-competitions at Unicon that have been held today at Mt. Victoria in Wellington have brought a very enjoyable result for me:
Downhill (Time: 2:10.00)
1. place Expert
Uphill (Time: 1:31.43)
3. place Expert
1. place Age Group (19-24)
Cross Country (time: 1:18:57.00)
7. place Expert
2. place Age Group (19-24)
Highjump (hight: 95cm)
4. place Expert

Downhill Gliding (time: 0:13.09)

At the start we were almost blown away by the strong winds, but the route led into woods quickly. The track was fast as hell, not even jumps and drops, roots, stones or toppled trees could slow it down much. “That was the fastes pedaling I have ever seen”, said Nathan Hover. The finish line was on a narrow and bumpy single-track, that allowed a superb view on the harbor town.

für die 2km lange Downhill Strecke nur 2 Minuten zu brauchen ist nicht schlecht, guter Schnitt von 60 km/h – dass soll dir mal wer nachmachen! Oder stimmt die Zeit doch etwa nicht?

Danke für den aufmerksamen Hinweis. Die Zeit ist korrekt, aber die Angaben zur Streckenlänge dürften in der Tat nicht ganz mit der Realität übereinstimmen.
